Burnout hit me hard in my third year out of training as an Ophthalmology attending. I wasn't present for myself or my family. I was making more frequent trips to the doctor with unexplainable physical symptoms. I started dreading work.

After experiencing burnout myself, I sought out coaching, learned effective tools and frameworks, and ultimately pivoted within medicine. Now, as a certified coach, I specialize in helping women in healthcare overcome burnout - while also continuing to practice medicine as an Ophthalmologist and Retina Specialist!

In 2023, I founded Envision Your Wellness, a coaching program for women in healthcare. Since then I have helped hundreds of clients go from surviving to thriving in healthcare.
